Health Center

The 79 bed Health Center at Iowa Masonic Health Facilities has a reputation for providing sensitive, individualized care.  As a Five-Star Rated Facility, we are committed to providing compassionate, quality care in a home-like environment.  With the exception of one couples' suite, all rooms are private and are Medicare and Medicaid certified.

The Health Center is dually certified, allowing residents to utilize either intermediate or skilled nursing care, depending on their needs.  Residents at our Health Center enjoy the following benefits:

Iowa Masonic Health Facilities offers a Comprehensive Rehabilitation Program to help you regain strength and abilities so you can return to your home stronger than ever.  If you or someone you know is currently hospitalized or in need of rehabilitative therapy, call our Admissions Coordinator to schedule a personal assessment from our experienced, knowledgeable nursing staff.  Let us set you on the right path to a full recovery so you can return to the life you love!

 

Admissions

Thank you for considering Iowa Masonic Health Facilities.  Once your application forms have been received, you will be contacted by the Admissions Coordinator to arrange a tour and interview. At the time of the interview, additional informational materials will be provided. Once a decision has been made to reserve a room, additional information will be gathered and supplemental forms will be completed.
