Our facilities provide Quality Living and Quality Care.  The Iowa Masonic Health Facility campus is located on the spacious grounds of the historic William Bettendorf Mansion property.  This is a scenic 20 acre site that overlooks the beautiful Mississippi River.  Residents at Iowa Masonic Health Facilities enjoy the personal, compassionate care by courteous, supportive and professional staff and an exceptionally clean environment.

Ann Ruge Special Care Unit 

Masonic Village Independent Living Community.

The Health Center Nursing Facility is dedicated to providing the level of health and wellness services that each resident wants, deserves and needs.  There are 3 levels of care available depending on your needs.  All rooms are private with the exception of 2 rooms.

The Ann Ruge Special Care Unit is a secure unit for residents with Alzheimer's disease, dementia or other related disorders.  The Ann Ruge Special Care Unit staff are trained to recognize and respond to each resident's special needs.

The Masonic Village Independent Living Community provides 40 Villa Condominiums for active seniors. Masonic Village residents have the peace of mind knowing that they will receive priority admission to the Health Center Nursing Facilities for changes in their healthcare, when and if the needs arises.  Pets are welcome.
